Meet the woman behind the curtain

Paper Syrup was born out of a desire for financial autonomy and limitless expression.

I've always been a very artistic person. From a young age, I sang in school and community productions, performed in the high school show choir, and acted in the drama club. At home, I would make up music on the fly and write stories, poems, and lyrics to pass the time.

Drawing was one of my first loves. I'm sure there are hundreds of notebooks decomposing into the earth I've scrawled across.

I daydreamed of being whisked off to a world completely estranged from our own. To some degree, I suppose it’s that same delusion that created Paper Planet!

I am a champion for art of all kinds in all its forms. I knew that my life would need to be surrounded by art if I wanted to be happy.

While I’m not working on my other creative pursuits, I wanted to create a business where creative people could record their thoughts, ideas, projects, hopes, and dreams in the most exciting, colorful, and expressive way possible. After all, life is stressful enough. Why not add some joy!

I have big plans for my company. I hope you stick with me to see what the future holds.

Much Love!

Vivian Alice
